Set Up a Safe Sync with Dry-Run Safety
Build an automated sync job with mandatory simulation validation to eliminate accidental file overwrites.
Step-by-step walkthrough:

Launch the Sync Wizard
In the sidebar, head over to the "Synchronizations" section and click "New Task".

Choose Source and Destination Paths
Select the local or remote folder you want to back up, along with the target destination.

Define Synchronization Behavior
For absolute peace of mind, choose "Update" mode (never deletes any destination files). If you need an exact mirror, pick "Mirror" and define a maximum deletion threshold.
Update mode is strongly recommended for daily backups.

Run the Dry-Run Simulation
At Step 5, Ultra Explorer automatically executes a dry run without modifying any files. Review the exact list of files scheduled for addition, update, or deletion.

Save and Schedule
Confirm the task. Run it on demand with one click or configure recurring automated schedules (daily, weekly).
