Configuration Fields Breakdown (Required vs Optional)
Based on Ultra Explorer source code and rclone engine: discover which parameters are truly required and which are handled automatically.
Storage Name
Requiredparam: name Default value: Serveur FTPUnique identifier for this storage remote in Ultra Explorer (e.g. gdrive-perso, backup-s3).
Server Host / IP
Requiredparam: host Required. Remote hostname, domain name, or IP address of the server.
Username
Optionalparam: user Default value: anonymousLogin username or email address for the account or server.
Port
Optionalparam: port Default value: 21Optional. Network communication port for the service.
Password
Optionalparam: pass Password or application password for the account or server.
Implicit FTPS (FTP over TLS)
Optionalparam: tls Default value: falseOptional. Enables TLS encryption immediately upon connection establishment (typically port 990).
Explicit FTPS (AUTH TLS)
Optionalparam: explicit_tls Default value: falseOptional. Negotiates TLS encryption after initial plaintext greeting (recommended for modern servers on port 21).
Disable EPSV
Optional Advanced Optionparam: disable_epsv Default value: falseOptional (Advanced). Disables Extended Passive mode (EPSV) in favor of standard PASV to resolve firewall issues.
