Overview of Backblaze B2 Integration

Manage your Backblaze B2 buckets from the desktop rather than the web console or the command line. You connect with an application key created in your Backblaze account.

  • Application key limited to the buckets you choose
  • Files hidden or permanently deleted (hard delete option)
  • Sync local folders to B2 (Pro)

How to connect Backblaze B2 in Ultra Explorer

  1. Select Backblaze B2

    Choose Backblaze B2 in the Item Storage section.

  2. Generate an Application Key

    In your Backblaze account, create a new app key with access to your buckets.

  3. Enter credentials

    Paste your Key ID into the 'Account' field and your Application Key into the 'Key' field.

  4. Validate

    Click 'Connect and verify'. All your B2 buckets become explorable immediately.
